I heart summer especially with my new top from forever 21 for only $20. The light weight fabric is great for when it gets a little chilly at night. The multi colored hearts are just the right size to make them pop alive. I tied the bottom for a little more style. Paired with Gap skinny jeans ($70). Tory Burch sandals ($198). Hot pink toes.
